Refunds are available only under the following conditions: • You cancel a transaction within 24 hours of initiation and the funds have not yet been disbursed. • You experience a service error on our part that results in duplicate charges or incorrect billing. • You provide documentation showing that payment was not received by the intended recipient due to our system failure.
To request a refund, please: 1. Log in to your Hulppy account and navigate to “Transaction History.” 2. Select the relevant transaction and click “Request Refund.” 3. Provide a brief explanation and any supporting documents (screenshots, confirmation emails). 4. Submit your request. Our team will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
Once your request is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refunded amount will be returned via the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
The following fees and transactions are non-refundable: • Currency conversion spreads and third-party processing fees. • Charges incurred after funds have been successfully delivered to the recipient. • Penalties or fees assessed by partner banks or compliance authorities.
In cases where part of your transaction fails or only a portion of funds is delivered, we may issue a partial refund covering the undelivered portion and associated fees, after completing an investigation.
If your refund request is denied and you believe this is in error, you may file an appeal by contacting [email protected] within 14 days of denial. Our dispute team will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. We will post the revised policy on this page with a “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
